“I had two plumbers come out to my house back in February to drain my central heating system after I had tried and failed. Everyone from the owner to the plumbers themselves were friendly and polite. The plumbers completed the job in a timely manner, and the job was priced at a more than reasonable rate. These guys will defintely be my go-to from now on.”

Phoned Chalmers and they came out that afternoon and fixed the damage that was done to the pipes, reattached the radiator (properly) to the wall within a couple of hours. “Martin arranged for one of his team to come and service my boiler, super quick service and all done and dusted, certificate issued immediately after the service. I'd also asked about possibility of adding an external hot tap next to my cold tap so my dog doesn't have to freeze during showers after muddy walks. That was done the following day, again a super quick response on that and a good job done. The speed of response is something I'm not necessarily used to with tradesmen so this was a pleasant surprise! Martin was also very responsive on communications. All in all a great company to deal with.”

They are very careful about how they work, clean up, and keep things as tidy as possible, which is great. They had a problematic boiler install and spent ar 11 hours to deal with a few surprises. They explained where they were at, what the issues were, and how they planned to sort them out. They explained well how to use boiler and hive with its app once all was done. I now have a great new boiler, no mess, and a peace of mind for many years to come. I ll keep using Chalmers in future, it's hard to find reliable people who show up when they say they will, communicate well, and actually do a good job. I'd highly recommend their services.”

Replaced all of the old radiators in my home and re-piped the whole house, as it was discovered stainless steel pipes had been used in the original plumbing works.
